Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ~2 cups of Frosted Flakes
  • 1 Bag of milk chocolate chips
  • Sugar crystal sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Whip up the egg whites and cream of tartar until you’ve got soft peaks.
  3. Then add in the sugar and whip em some more until you get stiff peaks.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and Frosted Flakes.
  5. Scoop on to a sheet pan with parchment or silpat. Approximately a heaping serving spoon sized.
  6. Top with sprinkles.
  7. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes. You’ll likely need to do multiple trays, keep “dough” in fridge between baking.
