Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- ½ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 cup of sugar
- ~2 cups of Frosted Flakes
- 1 Bag of milk chocolate chips
- Sugar crystal sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Whip up the egg whites and cream of tartar until you’ve got soft peaks.
- Then add in the sugar and whip em some more until you get stiff peaks.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and Frosted Flakes.
- Scoop on to a sheet pan with parchment or silpat. Approximately a heaping serving spoon sized.
- Top with sprinkles.
- Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes. You’ll likely need to do multiple trays, keep “dough” in fridge between baking.
